■Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason at the customer’s request.
We will accept returns or exchanges at our expense for items sent incorrectly due to our shipping error.
Please contact us within 3 days of arrival regarding any damage to the contents.

・ Items received more than 3 days ago
・ Items that have been used
・ Items soiled or damaged by the customer
・ Items missing their original packaging
・ Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., special promotions)
・ Items arriving more than 2 weeks after the return/exchange request was made

〇 For defective items due to shipping damage or incorrect items delivered, we will send the correct order after you return the item (shipping costs covered by us).

〇 In the unlikely event an item is missing, we will either exchange it for an item of equivalent value or refund the purchase price. ※ Please notify us of any missing items within 3 days of delivery.

■Shipping cost

Flat rate10 usd

We charge shipping fees and consumption tax (10%: tax included) along with the product price. Any transaction fees incurred at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
※Free shipping applies to orders totaling USD 99 or more.

■Shipping Information

Products are typically shipped via Japan Post.
※However, this may change due to circumstances (in which case shipping fees will remain unchanged).

Delivery usually takes approximately 7 to 14 business days from the order processing date.
Please note this is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. The shipping origin (country of dispatch) varies by product. Some items ship directly from the country of manufacture, while others ship from a different country.
We do not make inquiries to the post office or shipping companies on behalf of customers.
We will provide you with a tracking number. Please check the status and make inquiries directly with the post office or shipping company yourself. You may add notes to your address specifying delivery to a parcel locker or preferred delivery time.
However, as shipments originate overseas, such requests are ultimately subject to the delivery personnel’s discretion. We cannot guarantee delivery will occur exactly as requested. Please take particular note if you fail to receive your item in the following situations:

(1) If you refuse to accept the item for personal reasons
Should you refuse to accept the item, this falls outside our guarantee scope. We will not process any refunds or returns.
Therefore, please absolutely refrain from refusing to accept the delivery. In such cases, we will charge you for all costs associated with the return shipment, including the shipping fee back to the sender (hereinafter: return handling fee). If you still wish to have the item re-shipped after it has been returned to the sender, we will process the re-shipment only after receiving both the return handling fee and a re-shipping fee from you. Please note that we may refuse to accept future orders from you in such cases.

(2) If the recipient is unavailable and fails to receive the item
If the item cannot be delivered due to prolonged absence, it will be temporarily held by the carrier. After the holding period expires, it will typically be returned to the sender. If you wish to have the item re-shipped after this occurs, we will process the request only after the returned item arrives at the sender and both the return fee and re-shipping fee are paid by the customer. ※ For customers who selected “Hold at Post Office”: No notification will be sent to your home address. Please check the tracking number yourself and collect the item at the designated post office.
Items will be held at the post office for 10-14 days. If not collected within this period, they will be returned. For details, please refer to the Hold at Post Office page.

If you wish to have the item re-shipped, we will process your request after receiving the re-shipping fee and any additional product charges from you. Additionally, in some cases where the item can be re-shipped or forwarded without being discarded, we will process your request after receiving the return shipping fee from you.
